Minute Clinic® is an impressive, well-known healthcare operation with over 1100 Urgent Care Center locations and over 3000 Providers and clinical staff scheduled each day. While they may not require much in the way of an introduction, they did need a little help when it came to their scheduling process. In 2018, they announced they’d be utilizing Schedule360’s award winning pharmacy scheduling software to oversee provider shifts across the U.S. locations.

Astria Sunnyside Hospital, an Astria Health Affiliate, is located in the heart of Southeastern Washington. Astria Sunnyside Hospital is a nonprofit organization dedicated to providing quality, comprehensive care with services that include a Level 1 Cardiac facility, 24-hour emergency room, intensive care unit, cancer care, laboratory services, diagnostic imaging, and a surgical services.  

CHI St. Anthony Hospital serves the residents of Umatilla County, OR through a state-of-the art, critical access facility that opened in December 2013. The new 103,000-square-foot hospital features 4 operating rooms, 11 emergency rooms, 30 private patent rooms and the latest medical equipment.

Schedule360® is used to manage three shifts daily across 18 different departments for Intermediate Care, Skilled Nursing, and Memory Care. CalVet programs include eight State Veterans Homes throughout California to serve veterans requiring long-term care. Schedule360® has been retained for use in the Barstow (220 Beds), West Los Angeles (396 Beds), and Yountville (the largest Veteran Home in the United States) Veteran Homes.

Lourdes Health initially selected Schedule360 for their nurse scheduling software in February of 2012 to automate shift scheduling for their nursing department using our web-based platform.

In 2015, Kindred Hospital Kansas City chose Schedule360® to manage Employee Shift Scheduling for its two campuses, Kindred South and Kindred Northland. In 2016 they opted to continue use of the system and expand its use to maximize employee availability to fill open shifts between both campuses.
